The Cubbon Park is situated near Gandhi Nagar in the heart of Bangalore, India. In 1864, Mark Cubbon, British Vice-Roy at that time initiated the idea that has become a landmark in Bangalore. Covering a space of 250 acres, the Cubbon Park provides sylvan surroundings to the State Legislature building- the Vidhana Soudha and the Karnataka State High Court Building seen here in the photograph.

All photographs here are taken with an iPhone-5 Camera with touch -focus. The iPhone-5 camera has a 1/3.2” sensor with 8 Megapixel resolution and fitted with a fixed 4.1 mm focal length lens with a crop factor of 8.05 totaling a Full Frame field of view of around 33 mm. The good thing is that it is easy to focus and in-built metering is quite brilliant and a very capable camera in good lighting conditions.

Here are 3 more shot of the High Court Building.
