This is my second post about Surajpur Wetland that I visited last November. The last post is here which was about Purple Swamphens. I was equipped with a Nikon 1 V2 mirrorless camera and a Nikon 1 70-300 VR zoom lens and these are my attempts to snaps some birds. Although a relatively small sensor camera, I believe that my ability was the limiting point here and not the camera gears.

I am really loving Bird photography whenever I get the chance to do some. December/January is the best time to come here to this small Bird Sanctuary, by the way.

One issue with the Nikon 1 V2 is that you can not go to higher ISO to raise the shutter speed as noises tend to spoil the photos. One of my observations. Maybe Nikon will surprise us with a Nikon 1 V5 to rival even the spectacular Nikon D-500.
